Our state of the art Call Services Center is staffed with over 200 employees and is run 24/7 with an uptime of 99.8%. All Operators complete a two week intensive course that covers the Call Services Interface as well as training on best customer service practices and methods. The speed of message lookups and message transmission is almost instant. There is no branding in the dialog between the Operator and Caller so that the service as a third party system is transparent to the user.
Security
Security of our data and systems is our number one priority at wiTek Corporation. We use multiple hardware and software level security methods to ensure maximum protection of our data and systems. In addition to system level security, we employ physical security measures within our Call Services Center and corporate office facilities. All employees are required to pass a background check and random drug tests. We do everything we can to ensure that your data is safe and secure.
