wiTek Corporation offers Voice2Text, Operator assisted messaging as an add-on to existing wireless services. Calls are routed to the service using the same settings as voice mail. Any caller that is routed to the system speaks directly with a live Operator who enters the caller’s message as text into the system. Messages are then transmitted to the subscriber’s wireless device.
Message Retrieval
A subscriber may call and speak directly with our Operators to retrieve messages. They can access messages by using a PIN number that is verified by the Operator. The Operator can then retrieve and read the messages left on the system for the subscriber. This is all done “un-branded” so that it is transparent to the subscriber that they are using a third party service. You can also select a custom greeting that will be spoken by the Operator at the start of each call.
Promotional Messaging
We provide promotional and informational messaging services to your subtscribers in bulk. You select the subscriber subset and message content and our system will simultaneously send the message to those subscribers. This is an efficient method of reaching a wide range of subscribers with promotional or important information about your services.
